Body Aches

In the modern world, body or muscle aches is common. Among the reasons, the most common ones are stress and lack of sleep.

Stress

When a person is stressed, the immune system cannot fight off sickness and infections as well as it usually can, this can cause inflammation and infection.

Lack Of Sleep

A normal person needs 6 to 8 hours of sleeps every day. It is necessary for body tissues and cells to stay healthy and for brains to stay refreshed and alert.

Lack of sleep cause the body to not have enough time to replenish energy for tired muscles, this lead to muscle aches.

Poor Posture

People nowadays are addicted to mobile devices, on average, people spend 4 hours daily on their handphones. In one study, looking down at phones put roughly 60 pounds of pressure on the spine. Over time, the neck will have tenderness and muscle starts to ache. On top of this, staring straight at a computer also adding 12 pounds of pressure to spine. This will also add to the symptoms of working class.
